Équipe BG

I want to speak to the excellent work of Marc Provost in the purchase of my land in the Eastern Townships.

After many visits and fruitless searches, he never gave up on making my project a reality. Thank you Marc for your dedication and hard work.

I want to thank the entire team for their support in finding my new home, which we found this week after 2 months of hard work. A special thank you to Francis, who helped and supported me throughout the entire process. Francis, you did a remarkable job and your professionalism is without a doubt your greatest strength. Thank you once again — I will recommend you to everyone who needs a team like yours.

I would like to thank Julie and Vincent who, from the very first meeting, understood us and began guiding us in our home search. We had a special situation and our file wasn’t very attractive since we didn’t have a big budget… but they treated us as if we were looking for a $2 million home. We felt like we were their only clients, they took care of us with such intensity, 7 days a week. From the bottom of our hearts — from my wife and my children who were jumping for joy.

Thank you both, a thousand times thank you.

Jacques and Tuyen

A huge, huge thank you to this wonderful team, especially Ashkan Javid who helped me find my new home. He showed exceptional patience and attentiveness throughout the process, advised me extensively when I had questions, and referred me to other quality professionals (such as for the inspection and the notary). His availability and professionalism allowed me to navigate this stressful adventure with complete confidence and without a hitch.

Over a year and a half, I worked with 3 real estate brokers. Vincent stood out from the rest. He was the only one who remained professional throughout my entire search for a property.

He is punctual, always available for his clients, and keeps himself very well informed about the real estate market.

I can only warmly recommend him.

My broker Vincent Baron advised me well throughout the sale of my home. He was very professional at every stage. If I had questions or concerns, he was always there to answer me clearly. He was transparent and honest with me in every situation. Always available. I strongly recommend him for your future real estate transaction.

We worked with Vincent Baron — a truly exemplary broker! He was always available and ready to answer our questions quickly. He was always well-prepared for viewings and genuinely attentive to our needs.

It’s truly thanks to him that we found the rare gem in this difficult market! A thousand thanks to Vincent and his team!

Frédérick & Juliane

I would like to highlight the work of Francis Tousignant. We completed three transactions in 2 years. He was able to put us at ease and make the experience very pleasant for us, especially since we have a 3-year-old daughter and 6-month-old twins. We received support throughout all of our transactions. Above all, we found that Francis truly cared about the well-being of our family with great sincerity. Thank you again for his professionalism and good faith.

Équipe BG is without a doubt the best team for selling properties. They listened to our needs and put us at ease from the very beginning! A special thank you to Francis Tousignant, who was present at every stage of the sale of our home and did an impeccable job! He is now THE agent we recommend to everyone!

Équipe BG is unquestionably a team of pros! They offered us a level of support well beyond our expectations. A big THANK YOU to Vincent for his rigour! The sale of our home was carried out with all the support we needed and without any hassle! We will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and we fully intend to call on your services again for our future projects.

Thank you to the whole team!
