La Petite Baie. Despite the proximity of neighbors, the
area remains very quiet.
For your leisure, 2 kayaks, a paddleboard and a pedal boat
are available. Located just 15 minutes from Granby Zoo and
20 minutes from Bromont Mountain, it's the ideal place to
discover the region. You'll also find a BBQ, spa and Jura
espresso machine to enhance your stay.
Perfect for a couple, this chalet offers a fast Internet
connection for network addicts, a practical work desk, and
Netflix access included.
** Please note that the price from June to September is
$3500/month and from October to May is $2700/month. Rentals
must be for 30 days or more. A maximum of 12 months rental
is allowed. A rental agreement must be signed between the
lessee and the lessor.

*The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of
tenant's insurance, including public liability coverage,
prior to handing over the keys, and will maintain said
insurance for the entire term of the lease and any renewals.
* Subletting of the unit is not permitted. The tenant is

Airbnb-type short-term rentals, among other things.
* The unit is deemed non-smoking; cannabis, tobacco and
vaping included both inside and outside the unit. The
cultivation, production, distribution or purchase of
cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.
